Is Bhakri Healthier?
Bhakri is a flat thick bread(roti) made with combination of flours. Bajra, Nachni(ragi), Jowar(sorghum), Rice flours are used to make bhakris.
All these whole grains carry high amount of nutritional values.


Rice bhakri is rich in calcium, rice flour nutrition makes it an excellent food choice to maintain bone and skeletal health.
White rice flour contained Choline, which prevents the buildup of fat and cholesterol in your liver. Thus, it helps maintain your liver health.


Bajra works effectively for your heart, digestion and overall health. It has anti-diabetic properties beacause it increases insulin sensitivity.
